The right office PC is the one you stop noticing: it starts quickly, makes no noise, and five years from now still does its job. You do not win by adding power — you win by removing waste.
For writing, browsing, video calls and many open documents, the graphics built into current processors is enough: the budget returns more on the SSD, memory and quietness than on a graphics card you would never use.
You get the configuration in writing — in more than one size if useful — and nothing is ordered until you approve. For a small office fleet, one quote covers all the desks.
The calendar set the timing of this choice. Windows 10 support ended on 14 October 2025: no more regular security updates, with the ESU programme as a time-limited bridge. Windows 11 has requirements that exclude many machines in use — TPM 2.0 and recent processors above all. For a PC that handles your data, running without updates is not an option: that is why so many offices are replacing or migrating now.
Where the budget goes: an NVMe SSD that makes startup and loading immediate, DDR5 memory sized on what you really keep open, a modern processor with integrated graphics, a quality power supply sized honestly — with no dedicated graphics card the machine draws little and runs cool, so the case can be compact and nearly silent.
Five years ahead, by design. Current platforms are DDR5-only and sockets live long — AMD commits to AM5 support through 2029 — so free memory slots and a spare M.2 mean the machine grows without coming back to the lab. Handover includes an updated system, a regular licence and your data migrated from the old PC.

Updated August 2026: for new office machines we start from DDR5 platforms with integrated graphics (AM5 with essential chipsets, or Intel LGA1851); on tight budgets, previous-generation platforms remain an honest choice while new parts are available — which ones make sense this quarter, we tell you in the quote.
