The moto g06 is the 119.90 euro phone: the one bought as a second phone, as a teenager's first phone, or as a work spare.
And it is the model where two things need clearing up immediately, because they are the difference between a sensible quote and an absurd one: the display is a 720p LCD and the rating is IP64, not IP68.

The panel is a 6.88-inch IPS LCD at HD+ resolution, 720 × 1640, at 120 Hz. It is the cheapest replacement display in the whole Motorola range, and that is good news: on a 120-euro phone it is the difference between repairing it and binning it. The fingerprint reader is on the side, in the power button, so replacing the display keeps the unlock.
The thing to clear up straight away is charging: 10 W, and that is it. It is not fast charging and never was. If your g06 “charges slowly”, in the great majority of cases nothing is broken: that is how it is built. Before opening a phone for a fault that does not exist, we check — and the check is free.
The second thing is the sealing: IP64, not IP68. It resists splashes from any direction, but not immersion. That is the most important practical difference from a moto g56: if a g56 falls in the sink it is often a false alarm, if a g06 does it is real liquid damage. Do not switch it on, do not put it on charge, bring it in. It is also one of the last phones with a 3.5 mm jack and a dedicated microSD slot: in case of serious failure, the memory card is the thing that saves the photos.
