The iPhone 11 is probably the phone that reaches our bench most often. Not because it is fragile — there are simply still a great many of them around, and six years on the faults arrive all at once.
Cracked screen after a drop, battery life that has collapsed, a Lightning port that makes contact intermittently: those are the three reasons the phone rings. And in almost every case they are solved the same day.

Four questions and we tell you the likely repair. Then you message us with the problem already written in.
Messaging us on WhatsApp shares your number and what you tell us: we use them only to reply and prepare your quote. How we handle your data.
The iPhone 11 uses an LCD Liquid Retina panel, not an OLED: that is why a screen replacement on this model costs noticeably less than on an iPhone 11 Pro or on any later model. It is good news, and worth knowing before giving up and replacing the phone.
The battery is the other great classic. iOS shows battery health in settings: below 80% the system starts limiting performance to avoid sudden shutdowns, and the phone feels like it aged overnight when in fact all it needs is a new battery.
Two warnings specific to this model. Face ID depends on components in the notch that have no official recalibration procedure on this model: we handle them carefully and transfer them to the new display, but if the module was already damaged in the drop, no part will bring it back. And after a screen replacement iOS may show the notice “Unable to verify this iPhone has a genuine Apple display”: that is a system message, not a fault in the repair. We tell you before, not after.
